1. What types of hats do you sell? We specialize in men's fashion hats: snapback caps, trucker hats, beanies, bucket hats, dad caps, fedoras, flat bills, and more. All designs focus on streetwear, casual, and urban style with premium fits.
2. What materials are your hats made from? High-quality cotton twill, polyester blends, mesh for truckers, acrylic/wool for beanies, and structured fabrics that hold shape. Most are adjustable, breathable, and built to last through wear and wash.
3. How long does shipping take to the US? We offer these options (business days, excluding weekends/holidays):
- Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20
- Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $0 (most popular – no minimum in many cases)
- Free Shipping (alternative label): 7-14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days with tracking provided.
4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free shipping is available on qualifying orders (7-14 business days). Check your cart – we often run it with no minimum purchase for US customers.
5. What is your return policy? 30-day returns for unworn, unused hats in original condition with tags. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong. Email support@bwellrehab.com to start.
6. Are your hats one size fits most? Most are adjustable (snapback or flex-fit). Check product pages for exact sizing – we include head circumference guides (e.g., 21.5–23.5 inches for standard fits). Message us if you need help!
7. How do I care for my hat? Spot clean with mild soap and water. Avoid machine washing structured hats to keep the shape. Beanies can usually be hand-washed or gentle cycle. Air dry only – no dryer.
8. Do you ship internationally? Right now we focus on the US market. If you're outside the US, drop us a line and we'll check options.
